• The campaign organiser is is No. 5 Restaurant of 5 McCauley St, Alexandria NSW 2015.

• The campaign is open to residents of aged 18 years or over except employees of No. 5 Restaurant and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to recommend or enter someone into this campaign.

• By donating any funds towards this campaign, an donor is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• By agreeing to respond to our ‘entry questions’, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are outlined above, and entries will be received via Instagram and Facebook.

• Only one nomination will be accepted per person. Multiple nominations from the same person will be counted as a single entry only.

• Closing date for this campaign will be 31.12.2020.  After this date the no further funds will be raised for this campaign, and no further nominations to the competition will be permitted. Money left in fund will be donated to local charity.

• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

• The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the campaign and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, pandemic outbreak, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
   

• The rules of the promotion and how to nominate someone are as follows:

        1. Follow No. 5 Restaurant on Instagram and Facebook

         2. Use our hashtag #payitforwardno5 and a nominee

         3. Nominate someone by tagging them in the post, and explaining why you would like to nominate them in 25 words orless.

• The prize is as follows:
  1 X RESERVATION FOR 2 PEOPLE, INCLUDING A MEAL FOR TWO (VALUED AT $65 PER PERSON) AND A BOTTLE OF WINE (SELECTED BY NO. 5)

• The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

• Winners will be chosen: at random

• The winner will be notified by DM on Instagram/Facebook. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

• The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.

• The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• By agreeing to be a part of this campaign, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to No. 5 Restaurant and not to any other party.

• No 5 Restaurant‘s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.

• The entrant must be following No. 5 Restaurant on Instagram and Facebook.

• No. 5 Restaurant shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
